Sweeten your salary and benefits package by asking this: "Is there something not in our offer that you would like to see? Like x, y, or z?" (Make sure x, y, and z are things you can easily offer!) Why this works: Sometimes, salary alone is not enough to entice candidates. If you are not able to raise the salary offer, try negotiating with other benefits.
